Dr. J. Hernes Abante, Senior Pastor of the International Bible Baptist Church and Ministries (IBBCM), has been in the ministry for over four decades, helping people get to know Jesus Christ as their own personal Lord and Saviour. Based in San Leandro, California,
Dr. Abante provides leadership and guidance to the various IBBCM churches, missions and congregations around the world.
Dr. Abante is a certified Christian and Pastoral Counselor of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In his spare time, he teaches music and writes books.

Rev. Julius Ducusin
Executive Pastor
Reverend Julius Ducusin, Executive Pastor of International Bible Baptist Church and Ministries (Main), has been in the ministry for 32 years. He came to know the Lord and was baptized under the ministry of IBBC in February 1991.
Reverend Ducusin had received his personal training in the ministry from Dr. Hernes Abante, from IBBC’s Bible institute in the early 1990’s and was IBBC’s first graduate from Ben O. Abante Int’l Bible College & Institute in 2008.
He currently serves as the Executive Pastor and Adult English Sunday school teacher of IBBC Main, the Assistant Administrator of IBBC’s Christian school and the Dean of Students for the Bible college.

Rev. Francis B. Salonga
Associate Pastor
Has been saved in the year 1994 under the ministry of the International Bible Baptist Church. He surrendered his life to the call and leading of God in his life back in Christmas of 1996. He has involved and engaged himself in the work of the Lord to various ministries and has been under the tutelage of Dr. Hernes Abante and his executive Pastor, Rev. Julius Ducusin.
Back in the year 2000, he felt the call of God in the preaching ministry and entered bible college at North Valley Baptist Church in Santa Clara, CA for about two years.
In 2010, he and his young family left California to pursue his undergrad at Crown College of the Bible in Powell, Tennessee for about three years. He went back to his home church in California in 2013 and has stayed since and finally received his bachelor degree through Ben O. Abante Bible College.
He is also a certified Mental Health Coach through American Association of Christian Counselors. He is currently serving as an assistant to the Senior Pastor of IBBC Ministries.
